Prison Ministry: Justice, Redemption, and the Power of Community

Justice, Redemption, and the Power of Community

The Ladies Philoptochos Society, in partnership with Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA), will host a special event on Friday, April 3, 2026, at St. George Church as part of our Prison Ministry outreach.

Join us for an engaging and meaningful conversation about the human side of justice involvement and how compassionate community support can help individuals rebuild their lives and move forward after incarceration.

Through dialogue and shared perspectives, we hope to deepen understanding, foster empathy, and explore ways our community can make a positive impact.

Program will include:

Prayer Service from 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm.

Talk will start at 7:30 pm.

  • Calandra Hulitt, Community Navigator, CGLA – Personal Testimony

  • Lily Propes, A Legal Point of View, Attorney and Criminal Records Relief Specialist

  • CGLA: Q & A

Refreshments will be provided by Philoptochos Society
